Jaime was born in Greenville, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Clemson University. She received her Real Estate license from The Wyatt Institute of Real Estate School in 2007. Jaime specializes in New Home Sales along with Office Management. She enjoys spending time with her family, Crossfit, doTERRA, and College Football. Go Tigers!
Amber was born and raised in Wisconsin (not a cheese-head) and relocated to Charlotte, NC in early 2014 to escape the frigid climate. A 2009 graduate from UW-Stevens Point, she has been hard at work building her marketing, business, branding, and customer service acumen.
Amber joined the McAlister Realty team as their Marketing Director in December 2014 and has quickly acclimated to the Greenville area—enjoying all that it has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, traveling, and browsing the internet for new recipes. Amber prides herself on her strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Originally raised in the Boston area, Carolyn moved to Washington D.C. to pursue a degree in Economics. She started a family in D.C. and lived there for several years. In 1998, she relocated to Tennessee to start a real estate career and a construction business. Sixteen years later, Carolyn fell in love with Greenville and decided to make South Carolina her home. She and her husband love downtown Greenville with all the activities and events it has to offer. They frequent the theatres, festivals, and restaurants.
Carolyn enjoys yoga, traveling, music, and sports. During her years selling real estate, Carolyn has been actively involved in corporate relocation programs with an emphasis on new construction (both spec and custom homes). Her achievements include the Million Dollar Club, the Century 21 Performance Award, and the Century 21 Customer Service Excellence Award. She prides herself on a strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism, respect, and dependability.
Bill is originally from upstate New York but relocated to Greenville in 2006. Bill is married, has one daughter, and is a recent graduate of Fortune Academy. He loves spending time with his family and golfing. With an extensive background in business, he is very customer-oriented.
Heidi is originally from New Hampshire but moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan when she was 10. After 7 years, she moved here to Greer, SC—13 years ago. She's been in real estate just over a year. She comes from a large family of builders and has first-hand knowledge of the new construction process. She's excited to assist you with your realty needs.
Although Nate is from Mississippi where he lived until he finished high school, Nate has returned to the Upstate where he was born. He is a recent graduate of the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. Nate and his wife moved to Greenville in 1997 and plan to remain here because of their love for the Greenville area. Being from the heart of college football country, he is a die-hard Alabama fan and lives for college football season. He loves showing home buyers why he has remained in the Upstate and always looks forward to helping each customer find the next place they will call "Home".
Fresh out of class from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate School, Vanessa went to work with McAlister Realty as an on-site New Home Specialist. She has worked for McAlister Realty since 2005. Vanessa gained respect as Top Agent within the company during her first year. She is originally from Lexington, South Carolina. Vanessa and her husband enjoy spending time with their son, fishing and going to Lake Keowee, taking vacations to new places and football season. Her mission is to: "Treat people with the same respect that she would want to be treated."
Doc has lived in the Greenville area since 1987 and has served with McAlister Reality since 2013. He enjoys and thrives upon his interaction with people as he lists their homes or builds their new “home”. As a new home professional, he has been McAlister’s Top Agent in both 2015 and 2016.
Doc has taught on the college level, as well as, coaching college Basketball and Baseball. He also served as a Senior Pastor in Greenville for 17 years. He brings all these experiences to bear as he helps people achieve their goals in selling, buying or building in the Greer, Greenville and Spartanburg area.
Joy offers a wealth of real estate knowledge with a combined experience of over 18 years in the industry having been in the area since the 1970’s. She has a love of the area and is proud of the city of Greenville. Her easy-going character enables Joy to make each client feel like a personal friend and she takes this to the next level by providing utmost customer care. She achieved numerous sales awards when she was with a national real estate company for most of her career and taught new agent classes on sales training. Joy developed and taught a class in the Greenville area, and served on the leadership board. When she is not selling houses, Joy and her husband can be found riding their Harley or camping. They love spending time with their son and his family. She also spends time volunteering with Susan G. Komen and charities through their church.
Mike was born in Bishopville—part of the low country of South Carolina. He went to college at Francis Marion but is a proud Clemson fan. He enjoys camping and spending time with his family, and is a recent graduate of the Wyatt Institute.
Originally from Western NC, Marcia is a 15-year resident of the Upstate. Licensed since 1987 she has worked in many areas of real estate from private golf communities and general brokerage now specializing in new home construction. A graduate of the University of NC at Pembroke, she majored in Mass Media Communications working in television before pursuing a real estate career. She is an FAA private pilot and enjoys flying, traveling internationally, participating in monthly 5K events and playing golf. She resides in Easley with her better half, Anthony and 6 cats.
Karen was born and raised here in Upstate South Carolina. Karen has a bachelor's degree in Design from the College of Architecture at Clemson University. She has been a licensed realtor since 2016. She loves helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Karen says she "doesn't sell houses, but homes." When she is not busy helping clients, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and twin sons. Stacy is originally from Northern California and in 2017, after just over 20 years in law enforcement, she decided to retire and relocate to South Carolina so she could be near her son. After purchasing her own SK home in August of 2018, she enjoyed the experience so much that she decided that she wanted to sell homes too. Stacy graduated in December of 2018 from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and joined the McAlister Realty team in January 2019. Stacy enjoys painting, golfing and spending time with her friends and is excited to help you find your perfect home!!!
Born and raised in upstate NY, relocated to NC to attend the University of NC, Charlotte. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USMC, serving honorably for 5 years. After service, moved back to Charlotte to begin a career in multi-unit retail operations relocating to Greenville in 2005 and now happy to call the upstate a forever home.
Outside of work, he spends time working with his 4 dogs, volunteering for activities at the Nursing Home and actively raising money for Make a Wish SC.
Jim brings a wide array of experiences and skills to the practice of real estate.
As an Air Force Veteran, he is not new to the concept of relocation and how to help clients who are moving to a new area. Local moves are also a specialty with the selling of an existing home and the purchase of a new home.

A native of Spartanburg, Trip is a graduate of Spartanburg High and Winthrop College. He worked in the transportation industry for 35 years, assisting and coaching drivers to improve their skills. He has always enjoyed keeping up with real estate, home improvement, and landscape design; Trip decided to take a leap of faith combining those passions with his outgoing personality and enjoyment of working with people, obtaining his Real Estate license in 2018.
In his spare time, Trip relishes the time spent with his wife, two daughters, two grandchildren, and puppy Coco Channel. A longtime collector of media, he loves searching for that elusive record or movie to add to his ever-growing collection. As an avid football fan, you can find him at Byrnes High School on Friday nights, overseeing the Rebel Merchandise Trailer. On Saturdays he can be found in the West Zone at Clemson, insuring the ultimate fan experience in Death Valley. #allin
