When designing the Norton, we wanted a floor plan that felt spacious and landed under 2000 square feet. Walking through the front door, you'll pass through a foyer that angles out into the large family room. As a semi-open floor plan, the Norton flows seamlessly between the three major living areas: family room, kitchen, and dining area. We opted for a cathedral ceiling in the family room because it adds to the sense of spaciousness—but it also helps set the room apart from both the kitchen and the dining area.
