Cindy is the New Construction Coordinator and Assistant to Stan McAlister. She has been with McAlister Realty since 1992.

Joy Donovan

Joy was born here in Greenville and has lived here most of her life. Her working career began in the insurance industry from claims to sales to commercial underwriting. In 1992, she earned her certificate as a court stenographer and spent the next 14 years in the legal field. In January 2012, she attended the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and obtained her license. She now enjoys helping people find a house that they can proudly call "home." Joy has three children and two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, cooking and spending time with her family.

Harvey Harris

Harvey is a lifelong resident of the Carolinas. He was born in Asheville, NC and has lived in Greenville, SC for over 30 years. He enjoys both the North and South Carolinas from the mountains to the coast. He is married to Angelique and has two grown children, Christopher and Alisha. Maggi Holloway

Maggi comes to the company with a long career in Real Estate that encompasses many aspects of the industry, including helping buyers find lots; helping sellers sell homes that they have previously had trouble selling; and assisting in the building process. Prior to her real estate career she worked for a custom home builder where she was a purchasing agent and did material take-offs and met with customers to help them with the home building process. All of her prior industry experience helps make her an asset to our customers as she assists them in selecting lots, fixtures, deciding on upgrades, counseling them through the construction process and getting them to moving day. Maggi is also married to a home builder and lives with him and her daughter on a small horse farm. When she has time to vacation, she enjoys camping and trail riding with her horse and the family

Vanessa Herb

Fresh out of class from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate School, Vanessa went to work with McAlister Realty as an on-site New Home Specialist. She has worked for McAlister Realty since 2005. Vanessa gained the respect as Top Agent within the company during her first year. She is originally from Lexington, South Carolina. Vanessa and her husband enjoy spending time with their son, fishing & going to Lake Keowee, taking vacations to new places and football season. Ann is originally from Laurens, South Carolina. However, she has been a full time working agent in the Greenville area for 22 years. She received her license from The Wyatt Institute of Real Estate School. Ann has numerous years of education which include: Associates of Arts (Anderson College), Bachelors of Science (UGA), Management Development (Greenville Tech), Dale Carnegie Personal Development, Master of Education (USC), Principles of Real Estate Appraisal & Valuation (Greenville Tech), Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (Greenville Tech). She has worked for McAlister Realty since 1999. She is active in the University of Georgia Bulldog club.

Joy Pate

Joy offers a wealth of real estate knowledge with a combined experience of over 14 years in the industry having been in the area since 1970’s. She has a love of the area and is proud of the city of Greenville. Her easy going character enables Joy to make each client feel like a personal friend and she takes this to the next level by providing utmost customer care. She achieved numerous sales awards when she was with a national real estate company for most of her career and taught new agent classes on sales training. Joy developed and taught a class in the Greenville area, and served on the leadership board. When she is not selling houses, Joy and her husband can be found riding their Harley or camping. They love spending time with their son and his family. She also spends time volunteering with Susan G. Komen and charities through their church.
