We employs a team of full-time warranty personnel to answer questions and take care of our new homeowners. Our warranty technicians are available 24/7 in case of an after-hours emergency.

All new home owners are provided with a new home warranty manual at closing that clearly outlines our 1-year cosmetic/ 8-year structural warranty program. As an added measure of protection in case of emergency, the warranty manual contains a list of contact information for important subcontractors such as our recommended plumbers and electricians.
