16'-4" x 16-'4" Family Room / 13' x 15' Master Suite
When designing the Norton, we wanted a floor plan that felt spacious and landed under 2000 square feet. Walking through the front door, you'll pass through a foyer that angles out into the large family room. As a semi-open floor plan, the Norton flows seamlessly between the three major living areas: family room, kitchen, and dining area. We opted for a cathedral ceiling in the family room because it adds to the sense of spaciousness—but it also helps set the room apart from both the kitchen and the dining area.
The master suite has its own corner of the house (separate from the other two bedrooms), with an oversized walk-in closet and a large master bathroom (including a separate commode room for privacy). On the other corner of the house, you'll find the two secondary bedrooms, along with a full bathroom that easily services both bedrooms and any guests. The bonus room adds to the Norton's flexibility: it can easily become a fourth bedroom, a game room, or a media room.View Our Current Incentives
