A Uniquely Welcoming Home
We designed the Lincoln with one primary goal in mind: maximize square footage while maintaining a smaller footprint. At 38 feet wide and 52 feet deep, the Lincoln is deceptively compact. Inside, you'll find 1865 square feet of comfortable living space.
So, how did we do it? The second story is nestled right into the roof line, occupying the space most floor plans dedicate to the attic (with no compromises in headroom). Building a home this way allows us to have a smaller footprint (literally, the foundation of home is smaller than homes with similar square footage), which means more living space for the money.
There are no compromises, all around, with this floor plan. We wanted to offer a unique combination of features that you don't often find in a single home: sit outside on the covered front porch, easily host company with the downstairs half bathroom, entertain guests with a large family room that flows into the kitchen, keep the private side of your home out of view (the stairway upstairs is located in the back of the house, rather than up front where everyone walks in), and enjoy the flexibility of an upstairs loft (with an optional skylight if you want to add a little flare).
Both of the upstairs bedrooms have cathedral ceilings, setting them apart from the usual bedroom. The master suite is spacious enough for most any bedroom furniture, and the large walk-in closet can accommodate extensive wardrobes. And, to top it all off, we've saved some space in the garage for storage.
