16'-4" x 21' Family Room / 14' x 17' Master Suite
We designed to Braxton as a blend of traditional and contemporary style. It resembles a one story ranch in many respects: everything (except the bonus room) is on a single level, and you'll find traditional touches like a formal dining room. But we've also opened up the layout: a kitchen peninsula opens to the family room, allowing for a degree of separation from the kitchen without disconnecting the two spaces. We've also directly connected the dining room to the kitchen, simplifying the process of serving large meals.
The two secondary bedrooms are large—much larger than you generally find in floor plans of this style. If you're looking for a floor plan that emphasizes bedroom size, the Braxton is a good fit. A hall bathroom serves both secondary bedrooms, as well as any guests. The entrance to the Master Suite is tucked away, past the the kitchen—adding an extra degree of privacy from the rest of the home.View Our Current Incentives
