SK Builders was first incorporated in the state of South Carolina in January of 1994 by Rusty Kalliainen. Rusty has over 40 years experience in the building industry and has grown SK Builders from building 5 houses a year to building 250 houses a year in peak years. The quality of SK homes has developed, in the past 16 years, from simple 1,000 sf ‘tract’ homes to modern Craftsman Style homes and floor plans that can be customized to meet the individual needs of new homeowners.
